Exclamation D16Z6 Intake Manifold Vs. D16Y8.

Which would be the better choice? And will the Z6 work on my '98 Civic without any problems? Thanks.

y8 intake and exhaust manifolds are more free-flowing than the z6, which is the main reason for the slight hp increase between the z6 and y8. So if you've got a 98 civic, stick with whatcha got! lol

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.

Is it worth the 100 or so dollars (if even) you spend on it and the 45 minutes it takes to change manis? Yes. Yes it is. OE Honda parts > Aftermarket

their not that different its manly just easer if u have obd1-z6, obd2-y8.... Its worth doing if u can get one cheap I got my y8 for $40 with everything but I wouldn't spend no $100 on one, no way.... Get an auto man, with auto throttle body, so u don't have to wire for the IACV. Makes it SO!!! much easer....... D-Series.org is ur friend...

But I believe that it has been stated that the y8 has a tendency to run certain cylinders lean. I will look for the link
