Getting this Y7 Head Off my Car!!

i got a D15B head today and I'm ready to get this carb'd looking shit off my car. I'm just looking to see what all i need to get the swap up and running right. I'm going to replace the timing belt & water pump at the same time, have the head checked out and cleaned up, run the wires for the vtec solenoid. I already have a P28 with an OBDII jumper harness and Hondata S200 . What all else do i need? Do i keep my distributor too? Thanks and rep's for any help.

this isnt red_ej1! he doesnt have a y7! i think someone used someone elses account so they wouldnt look like a dumbass! justin would know how to do this and wouldnt have to ask! and im sure he wouldnt buy a non-vtec car anyway!
