    Default integra frontend damage

    ok im thinkin about buying a 1995 integra that was in a wreck but has a little damage,im replacing the rad support.my question is about the apron the support connects to it got folded pretty good,would it be easier to try and straighten it out or cut and weld in a good one? its the section right at the abs and airbox

    Cut and weld if you have the skill to do so. You'll be grateful you did.

    to point out where it is folded! i looked at the car with him and i think it would be better to cut and weld it as it is bent up pretty bad

    cut and weld my friend, you might as well go ahead so you dont run in to any problems later.

    It may come down to personal preference. It seems like cutting and rewelding would be the "cleanest" route to go. Even if you get a good pull on the folded area, you would still have to hammer and dolley (sp) the area and it still would not look visually appealing when popping your hood.
