    Default dlc port

    this is the first time ive ever ran into this problem. the dlc port on my truck isnt working. wont connect to a obd2 can enabled scanner at all nor an emissions machine. fuse 41 isnt blown nor are any others. i have power an ground at the port but it will not power the scanner. withthe scanner on backup battery it fails the connection test.

    On toyotas there is an OBD fuse that soley powers the 12v+ on the dlc3. Not sure if thats what your fuse #41 is or if you were checking the ECM fuse.

    yah pcm has it own fuse and dlc has its own.
