I know that the original LS timing belt wont work with the gsr water pump...
So, how is it that you mount the gsr water pump to the ls block, and have the timing belt still work like its supposed to?

gsr water pump will work and bolt just fine on a LS
keep in mind the VTEC water pump pulley has 22 teeth as opposed to the 19 found on the LS version, I run the gsr pump on my ls/vtec and when doing so you need the longer gsr timing belt....
