emissions question

ok so im really confused on how to take action with this....


96 talon tsi (awd)
91-or 92 motor swapped (i think its 92)
megan 3 inch exhaust catless


how do i go about getting the emissions done around powder springs....i know of one place i can go to get a hook up, and thats probably how im going to have to go, but can anyone tell me if theres a legit way to get my emissions done?

if its got everything they need to pass it can, they do a two speed idle test on awd cars...

yeah thats the whole problem im looking at.

If you still have OBD2 port that works and no check engine light it will pass, If the Obd port don't work then it will Fail..
It's not legal to put a older motor in you car, must be same year or newer UNLESS you add All components from the Year Car you are testing..

appreciate it man, the cars not at the house so the next time i go work on it i'll check for the OBD2 port
