Default auto to manual conversion help

ok, so i bought a 1991 DA with a b20b4 swap.. but its automatic, how would i go about converting it to a manual and what would be the best option as far as what kind of transmission i should go with?

also does anyone know of a good shop to do this work for me at a reasonable cost?

    thanks,
