    Default 96 civic brake light

hey i got a 96 civic. the brake lights dont come on when i am braking. Turn signals work and the tailights are on but brake lights dont come on. Im not sure if its a bulb, or the wire. Where should i look for it? Bulb or Wire?

check the bulbs, if the bulbs are out then go buy new ones. its 1157 bulbs. if its not the bulbs replace both wires. if its neither check your fuse.

you look under to where the pedal is and if you move the pedal you should see where the switch is its like a button where the pedal almost pivots off of it you should be able to see it clearly

ok its not the pedal, i changed the fuse, bulbs and the switch. what else can it beee?!!?? and now my taillights arent working and i got pulled over for that. the guy at advanced auto part was trying to fix my brake lights but then my taillights went out today. he was messing around with the fuses. What should i do so i dont get pulled over again???
