    Default Windshield Wipers

So....I was driving back home last Sunday in the snow and the wipers completely went out!!! Horrible timing. I was thinking because of the weight of the snow/ice that was building up on them. We I turn the switch I can hear the motor running but nothing happens. What can I do to take care of this?

Take the cowl panel off and fix/replace the broken bushings/linkage.

More than likely is has plastic bushing that broke or just wore out. Not real sure though considering I have no info on the car at all. My dodge truck had plastic bushing on the linkage and one broke in the pouring rain on I-20 one morning. $0.40 part cost me a $60 tow bill.
