    Default Gas pedal issue!

I have a 1998 Integra and the gas pedal sticks every once in a while when pressing down. It will go down, but force needs to be applied. It almost feels as if its catching on something. Can anyone help me diagnose this issue? All help is appreciated

Clean the throttle body really good ...meaning take the intake tube off an clean inside with some Throttle body cleaner...and clean the throttle cable at the throttle body an lube the cable up with some type of spray WD40 ,White lithiam Grease, and see if that helps...

If not then might have a burr on the cable an needs to be inspected or replaced...

before doing anything with the cable see if the tb is sticking itself by trying to open it by hand at the throttle pulley. if it sticks then clean it or check and see if the butterfly has come loose and is sticking. you may also have to adjust the trottle stop to keep it from closing too much and getting stuck that way.

to check the cable just pop it loose from the tb and see if it moves smoothly.
