Starting Problem

Car is a 1994 Civic DX 5 speed. we took out the d15b7 and put in a d16z6. the motor is from a auto lx. we have the original harness for the d16 and put everything in his car. well it will not start. we narrowed it down the no spark. we thought it was the dizzy so we took the one off my running z6 and it will not start his. any help on getting this thing to turn over and start?

is there a difference in dizzy for a 5-speed and auto.
is there a difference in ecu for a 5 speed and auto?

those are the things i was thinking sense it came out of an auto and were trying to put it to a manual.
