drain all fluids , unplug all electrical and hoses , then undo mounts and pull it out

not really 1 person holding the brakes and long breaker bar will do the job.

you could always just set the engine on a pallot thing and just jack the car up and pull the motor out. but its better to use a cherry picker! ill look around for you!!!

you dont need anything to pull the motor out. now that you got the axles out, take the shift linkages off. but you dont have to take them off all the way, take the shifter one off your shifter and the other off the tranny (closer to dr. side 12mm bolt and remove the liitle mount on the all with 12mm). next take the radiator out. now take the harness of the ecu and the starter cable and any other wires that you see attached to the engine bay. oh yea take brake boost hose off. now your ready to take the mounts off. first take the T bracket off. next put a jack under the motor (by the middle) and take all other mounts off. drop the motor slowly to the ground. if there is resistance jack it up and down and wiggle around. now that the motor is on the floor. lift your car as high as you can fro clearance. have one person on the drv. side pushing the motor with his feet, while you are on the pass. side puling and directing the motor. i know i must have missed somethings but this should give you a good direction. good luck

oh yea, if you cant get the car high enough, you might have to take of some easy things, such as the intake mani. once i had to just take the map sensor mounted on top of the intake mani off lol. remember to take off all the harness and wires in the way. it also helps to drop the motor on piece of thick plastic. makes it easier to move around.

you pulled your motor out yet? if not, go search on honda tech for a link to a website that you can dl the helms manual for free. Or go on torrent and type in helms, i think there still a link there for you to dl from. everything you need to know to pull and put in a motor.
Honda are popular for a reason. There might be faster car out there, but none as consistent.
