Can you pass emissions with a high flow cat on a gsr? Can you pass with a test pipe. I'm pretty sure that a test pipe won't but just checking.

what year? obd2-as long as the check engine light is not on because of cat codes, yes youll be fine.

pre-obd2-it will be considerably harder since the test is performed by actually testing samples of exhaust.
