    Default Random Connection

I'm currently swapping a B18A into my CRX. We happen to have a mysterious connection missing (see pics)

The harness used is from a B18B as well as all other required parts, but we we're confused when we came across this. Wondering if it even needs to be connected or not.

This connection is between the Alt and the Oil filter. If its not a concern please lmk. (Assume all other connections are made, this is specific to THIS connection and no other with this harness.)

This looks like it belongs around the rear-end of the block, underneath where its really difficult to see plugs, etc. I'd check under there first. You'll have to jack the car up, climb under it and scour the block for any connections that might be missing. If you don't see anything, then dont worry.. Just go to crank the car, and if it wont start or runs like crap, take a look @ what codes the ecu is throwing and thats your answer to the question.
