Default Heater issue w/ 2000 Eclipse

Heater wont work-- only blows air out matching the weather temperature (about 35 degrees this time of the year).

what could be the issue, and how do I combat it? I'm trying to sell the car asap, and don't wanna sell it with this kind of issue mid-winter.

Its either the blower motor or the cable that controls the temp( sometimes needs to be greased)
