help civic to pass emission

Ive failed emission last week and it needs tuned up and probably cat

A machanic who suppose to do that job is gone for a waile and I do not know other place else

Anybody knows where is the cheap place to do this??

has someone diagnosed the problem with your car as to why it isnt passing?

so u just need the cat replaced or you need it diagnosed for why it failed? I can throw some parts at it since u want a job done cheap but if u want it to pass the first time, go to a reputable shop not just a cheap shop.
