Default Honda FRM sleeved block honing????

Hey...I am needing to know how to approach this...

First off all the cylinders are perfect but with any ol iron sleeved engine you just run a hone through it. I have read online that you have to have the block honed professionally if it needs honed and other places say that FRM sleeves require no honing if they are in great shape and the FRM material will seat the rings in just fine......

    Anyone wanna chime in?
