    i need to know if a ls half shaft will work on a gsr i cant seem to get my axel out of mine.

    BAPB is Big Arse Pry Bar. You might need to apply liberal amounts of both BAPB and BMFH. Of course this is a good thing, since you don't exactly want axles and halfshafts sliding out whenever they feel like it.
