    Like the title says. what is the best way to get a broken bolt out?

    Get a good as Drill Bit made for steel and be very careful.

    Have you taken the header back off yet? Usually when this happens the threads left aren't that tight in there. Remember they tighten against the header flange.

    happens alot .... first if the bolt is sticking out any just grab some pliars and try to turn it out but if its flush with the head or if its in inside just get a drill bit and tap in through the middle and get an ease out and just turn it out that usually does the trick not too big of a deal you can always get a plasma cutter and cut it out lol jk dont do that
