    Default Turns Over No Start

I got a 95 honda civic. when i turn the key over i dont hear my fuel pump prime. when the key is in the on position the eng light does not come on but when i start to turn the key the light starts to come on very low.

i checked all the fuses and grounds seem to be ok. I dont hear a click from the main relay. should i hear a click from it? if so could this be my problem?

battery got low after trying to get it started but had it on jumper cables so its not the battery.

should the main relay click when turn the key over?

YES.....you should hear the main relay click when you turn on the ignition...once if not twice...if you have to, stick your head under the dash and slowly turn the ignition on. If that main relay is out the car will turn over ALL DAY and never start. If you can wait....get you a main relay ( or a few of them to be safe ) from the junk yard...
