    literally what you asked

air bags are bags, that you fill with wir to raise and lower

air struts are cylinders that you fill with air and it rises or lowers,

the main difference is the construction

    yes and no
airstruts now are struts that have airbags mounted on them. the strut goes through the center of the special bag. Very expensive though I think they run about 400 bucks a pair. What are u bagging?

if you goin to put air on a honda it would be best to use cylinders 4inch up front 3 inch in the back i think the only honda (car) that will use air struts is the acorrd

From what I have gathered through research if you have a stock Mac Strut setup then you are gonna wanna run an air strut. Now you can run a cylinder but you risk a higher chance of messing stuff up. Bags are nice they dont have to be rebuilt and all you do is have to make sure they dont rub.
