    Default 99 civic si obd2 port not reading!

    ok guys i know i am overlooking something stupid. yes i have checked all my fuses. yes i have the obd2 ecu running the car. yes i have checked my scanner on another car and it works fine. but for some reason it wont read on this car any idea on what i am overlooking?

    the DLC runs off the cig lighter fuse check that an make sure its good if still nothing check the pins an make sure they are getting a good connection also

    cig fuse.... sounds like a wiring issue if not the fuse.
