    Default shifter shaking real bad

ok i have a 91 civic 4d w/ a crx swap (but i had to use the stock tranny b/c i found out the tranny from the crx was toast.)

now my problem when i first start driving everything is going fine but when the car warms up all hell breaks loose, the shifter will shake real bad when i accerlerate but only in 3, 4, and 5. plus it sounds like there is some metal to metal contact. now does this sound like the clutch or the tranny? my stepdad (the ace mechanic who cant even fix my brothers celica) says its the clutch. just wondering, any help to find my problem would be great -M
