Default having a hard time, still...

    1995 acura integra Rs auto

still doign that funky thing between idel to 3500 RPM

    tryed TPS, its fine
check timeing, its set to a T
plugs, wire, cap, button ignition coil all fine.

then i catch ear about CPS (camshaft position sensor)
    also what about my ECM
    is that a posibilty.

any at all have this same problem?

i would guess its a skipping there is almost no power between idel and 3500, if i give it TOMUCH gas it just goes slow as balls, but if i hold the thottle in the right spot it takes off fine.
also at idle it just skips/drops idel.

i have idel set at 700 rpm and TPS is set to 0.45

i want to get it running right again so i can sell it, maybe keep it and mod it. this is just agrivating the **** out of me.

    my car

    ----edit-----

    almost for got,

Its fine in the morning. when its cold FINE no problems.

only after 5 min of driving it does it.

maybe the throttlebody is gunked up. see if all the passages are clean and check the map sensor.

borrow someones ecu ... make sure its the same ecu as yours currently in the car or one like it ... if it solves the problem then it was your ecu ... thats why i always keep 2 different ecu's around for that reason .

if your idle is surging between idle and 3500 rpm, try looking at the fast idle valve. its located under the throttle body. they do go bad and when they do, it causes the idle to surge. i believe honda did remove them from the later b-series.

any cel (very important to point you in right directions if you have any)?

sounds like tps and map plugs may be swapped (won't nec throw cel). this is why if you take off slow w/ little trottle position the car won't bog, but if you give it a lot of gas it bogs (fuels for a much higher load).

you said plugs, cap, wires were ok, but are they ngk plugs and honda/ngk wires, cap, rotor? honda's don't like autolites or bosch plugs for some reason. cheap or bling wires will give you problems too.

That would affect it all the time. He said when it's cold it's fine.

Possibly cam shaft sensor...doesnt hurt to try. If the car was in my possession it'd be a lot easier.

there is no idel surge, when im at idel it acts like its going to cut out. like its not getting a spark. when i mean from idel to 3500, as in if i give it to much gas its just boggs down. and take it for ever to go any were. also no CEL.

ECU would be a good try, but i dont know alot of people around town with an LS ECU..

i have tryed the the valve under the Throttle body, and the IACV is fine..

^homey, it is spelled "IDLE" fyi.

I doubt it is your ECU homey. Unless you hooked up your battery backwards, I doubt u fried the ECU.
