Fake or real wheels?

Ok this may be a noob question but here it is....
How do you know if a regamater evo wheels is fake or real??????? I found a set that has been painted so the stickers are not on the back but in the center of the back of the wheel between 2 of the lug studs it says "made in russia"

im with MR. 300, go to another set they may be drag, rota, or some other wheels that copy the desmond design, a used set of regamasters go for 1200 buck with no tires
