They very well could be a traveling European couple (judging by the girls pissy demeanor and boy's limp wrist) that hasn't yet invested in a good set of stretched tires to make the barbie vette fully "dank".

Its a ghetto corvette, what do you expect. Just be happy the hood doesnt have ripples and the rear spoiler isnt a handle!
Pretty much all the things I was gonna suggest are in here already. Driving slower (60-65) keeps fuel mileage in check, too, because your rpms are lower. Sucks, but that's the way the world goes.. if you wanna go fast and get over 25mpg, get something with less cylinders lol.
Hang on there, I get 27-28mpg at 75mph at ~1600rpm :)
75mph puts me right at 4000rpm.Quote:

It's really simple,
Just keep inflating those tires!
If you don't the terrorists win.

ride a bike. as in a bicycle..:D
i have been doing a project like this for a while mine is a 94 civic cx. i see alot of good and bad advice in this thread. here are a few tips i have been using i get between 41-43 city driving!
1. slow the **** down!
2. dont remove the cat! back press helps with fuel economy a bit!
3 . take the big wheels off. i have 13 inch vx wheels with 165 series tires the weight around 10 lbs with tires!
4 . dont floor it drive like there is a egg under the gas pedal. goes with number one its better to down shift then to floor it.
5. increase tire psi i run 50psi in all 4 make the ride a little bumpy but helps big time with fuel economy and coasting down hills!
6. keep it well maintained lighter weight oil helps a bit. i would not put cold air intake one it. if anything you want the opposite a hot air intake i have the inlet on my stock intake turned aroud toward the radiator. this will hurt power but will help with mpg
7. high temp termastat
8.grill block but cut a few small hole for the radiator but rember the hoter you car run the car safely will help your mpg .
9. dont run the a/c
I read something about acetone in the fuel tank...check this out.
saw that as well. its better to ride wit the windos downQuote:
