ZC Issues!!!!

I blew my d16z6. So I didn't want to do a swap just plug n play. I got a 1.6 SOHC vtec ZC almost identical to the D16z6. Got a brand new p28 the old one reved out to early, but it feels like it can do more. The motor only says ZC on the block.
I want to know:What car it came out of?
What trans it used?
What ECU it used?
and so on
Thanks in advance for the help and info. If I find out anything I will post it for those that might be as lost as me.


P.S. For those that think I dont know diddly I did the research there are 1.5 and 1.6 vtech ZC's that were made in late 80's early 90's. I just can't specify witch car my ZC came out of.

i believe.... some model del sol came with a single cam ZC. i'm not too farmiliar with the sohc ZC's.

however, www.thezcr.com will help you greatly with all of your zc problems. helping me out of many of my zc issues. it's an all tech, cut the bullsh1t kinda site

Thanks for the Help!! That first site gave me the engine's origin but I still don't have the ecu n trans code. Still need a little help if possible
