92 Eclipse turbo qeustion

alright i have a 92 eclipse GST and i was wondering if there was a way to get rid of the mass air flow sensor and all the stck air box stuff, I wanted to get an aftermarket blow off valve but if this stuff is not hooked up the car bogs down, is there a way to bypass the plug or something

nope the computer needs the air flow sensor to calculate air the fuel. if taken off the car will run off of the default programing.

then you can put whatever bov you want.....kinda

go to gadsm.org or dsmtuner.com.........there is alot of support out there....you just need to find it

2gen maf cannont be tuned out to get rid of the stumble completely so you will have to go with a recirculated bov until you change it.

hard piping with a blow through gm mas and translator I know someone that has one that is thinking about getting rid of it. ;-)

check these guys out. This is where I get all my hard pipes. They make a kit that is for the MAFT! It's all top notch stuff!
