sc300 ?'s
sometimes when im sitting at a red light the cars rmps go crazy and cause me to stall it even does it sometimes when im driving or if its just at idle. this problem didnt happen to me b4 i changed the battery and after i did thats when the car started acting up.....could it be the ecu needs to be reset? i know this is dumb but the car has an auto ecu in it as well. could it be because the car is a 5 speed with a auto ecu?

is your check engine light on? it could be the ecu, but get a diagnostic performed if the engine light is on and that may direct you to your problem.
the only light that is on is the o/d cause the auto ecu is looking for an auto tranny.

When you changed the battery your ECU already reset itself.
What I would do:
1. Check connection on the battery
2. Check Alternator
3. MAF, IAC valve, spark plug, vacuum leak, etc, etc...
the ecu needs to be reset and 40 drive cycles, that will reset it without a scan tool

well if it will last long enough until the tt enigine will get here ill be ok..... does anyone know where i can get an hp power steering hose built at or where a junk yard is for lexus?

i know where you can find a first gen gs300 in a junk yard im not sure if the hose is the same but the engine is...
