and here is an picture of it the guy said it had an chrome chip. could this cause an b18 ls engine to run like crap?

po5 is a cx ecu i believe and if you running a Ls on it the fuel maps are WAYYYYY different !! i recomend a p06 ecu or a p75 for a LS ...

well he said he had the fuel upped or something an a b20 map put on it with an chrome chip so should i get a different computer?

i would get a stock p06 or stock p75 and see if they run the ls better ... that should make the car run better ..... ? and when u said it runs like crap ... wut do you mean ? spit n sputtering ? wuts the symptoms ?

yeah its sputtering when you hit the gas then it goes

yea try a stock p06 or p75 ... my old chipped p28 done this .... you can also use a OBD1 PR4 ecu ... most pr4's you see are obd-0 but there are a few that are obd1 which the pr4 and p75 are pretty much the same ecu ... the p06 is for a d15b7 . and so forth .

nah not as bad ... i ran my ls on a virgin p28 all day with no problems ... but it had a vtec solenoid CEL ... which i could careless about it then .. but i do care bout it now ... so i got the stock p75 and i really cant tell a diff between the p28 and the p75 ( driving wise ) :boobies:

oh yea i forgot .... if it has a reburnable chip inside then u can take that one out and have mainstream or battleground reburn a map jus for that engine ... and see if that works .
