It might just need to be recharged. If you don't use your a/c for a while the freon (sp.) can go bad so I've heard. Try to just recharge or run up to a jiffy lube and they do it for cheap.

A/C systems work like this....if you want to fix the problem u must replace nearly everything. Replace ur dryer, comperssor, condensor and the little block...forgot the name and I always forget. lol. Make sure u pour rubbing alcohol in the lines and use high pressure air to force it though to clean the lines out of old "junk".

45psi is too high. That may be one of your problems. And like someone else asked, whats the high side reading?

try the expansion valve first on the parts to replace, it usually gets clogged after tthe system has not been used for a while, it is also probubly the cheapest part of the A/C system

He meens that if you dont know how to diagnose things, then you usually replace all the parts.

I am not going to diagnose a mystery problem over the intranet. Know how impossible that is? lol. I mean, if he brought it to my shop I could figure it out, but since most parts for a honda is like going to McD's dollar menu then I would just get one of everything.

my old compressor stoppped my ac from working. The "clutch" or whatever had went out. I.E. when you turn aC on, you'll hear a click. that means your compressor had started. well based on what i went thru, that was the case.
    I give out reps....
