looking for the specs for Skunk2 vs ITR Intake Manifold....trying to find out which one is better for my b16a2
skunk2 of course....skunk2 is a replica of the itr....but hey just knowing skunk2 made one its gonna have its own Boundaries
skunk2
Honestly, IMO if you have a mildly built motor i'd go with a ITR manifold. But on the other hand if you have a fully built motor, meaning pistons, cams, etc, then I'd say get the skunk 2. but that's just me.

Q:Nitrous on stock LS high mileage. Too risky?
A:IMO nos is like steroids and giving steroids to a grandma doesnt sound all that good to me!
that doesnt mean shlt...Skunk2 Pro series FTWOriginally Posted by DC2NR
skunk2 first gen manifold and skunk2 pro series is the same. There is a thread on honda-tech about this, the only differences on the dyno was 0.0000009 or something along those lines, you just get a pretty skunk2 pro blah blah on the mani.
And yes, skunk2 is a replica of the ITR. If you have a b16 head, then go with the ITR, but if you have a gsr head, then go with skunk2. If it was me, and its a gsr head, I would go with AEBS because the runners are matched to the head which maximizes combustion unlike blox/skunk2.
Also on a side note, putting this manifold on would decrease your low end but you will gain a noticable differences in mid range to top end. For a B16, you should just stick with the stock B16 manifold IMHO.
AEBS FTW!
That's what I have
Skunk2 looks good tho too
whicherver one you can find cheaper. bsically same design.
Just find a used itr intake mani and itr t/b...cheaper.![]()
Boost under slow construction...![]()
intake manifolds are intake manifolds if you aint building it for it's purpose and just buying it because it looks nice besides the stock IM then yeah stick with stock IM, but for other apps SKUNK2/AEBS/BLOX for the enthusiasts
