    Default 88 civic d15a1 or 2 swap with d15z1?

ok so first of all, what is the cheepest way to get my car running better driving around 100 miles a week i need my engine to run better or should i do a swap? id like more hp than 92hp though.
if i did a swap id swap a d15z1. the question is would that just bolt in or is there some modificatoins id have to do and if it would be that hard to do for somone so inexperienced as me where is a good place to buy and/or swap it for me?
i also have a b16 sittin in my garage that needs machineing and to be put together. the only problem i have with it is that i dont know of any good places around gwinnett to get that done i got it priced at balance preformance for around $2500 and thats just for installing it, a bit out of my budget. if u know of any place that would build it and install it for cheaper then let me know. if not id still like to hear of some shops around here that would take care of that kinda stuff.
    thanx
