Have a problem with Civic

i need help with my 93 Civic DX. The problem is that even if i have gas in the car, it sometimes doesn't want to start. It'll start like after a couple of tries and having my foot on the gas pedal but i'm not sure why. I dont think it's my starter bcuz it tries to crank. Is there anything else it may be. Probably my ignition or something?

it will idle fine for like a minute or so. And when i start driving and let's say i come to a stop. Then it starts to idle up and down.

i have posted many threads about this and dont expect to many correct answers.........i have the same problem with my car and after 3 fuel pumps and 3 fuel filters and injectors main replays i still have the problem and have had it for 2 year know it sucks but i have gotten use to it if u figure out wat it is lmk
