HELP!!! on crx torsion bars!!!!

i have an 87 crx and i was adjusting the torsion bars for the front i got done and looked at the driver side and it was lowered perfectly when i walk around to the other side it looked like it was still sitting stock hight and i checked there both lowered the same amount i even lowered the one side more nothing happened. can anyone help me out do i need a new torsion bar or what

Are they torsion bars from a 1st gen teg? Possibly a wrong 4th torsion bar, that got mixed up.
