^^^^that and have the starter checked at an auto parts store to make sure that it isn't drawing to many amps. is it a "new" reman. or a complete new one? make sure that you know about the warranty and not to void it. its a bad ground, starter, or dead battery....but you have to deduct which one it is.

Do you hear any clicks or any noise coming from the starter? And when you say everything else engage but starter won't crank, does the car turn over?

Take a test light an ground the light an unhook your start ignition wire its the small single wire usually has a rubber boot around it NOT the big one that is bolt onto the starter with the 12mm nut just the small single one...touch the wire with your test light while someone is trying to crank it..If it lights up your starter is bad ...Also check the big wire that is constant power if it lights up also then you have a starter problem....If the ignition wire doesnt light up then you have a problem from that wire to the ignition switch ...Most cases the switch would be bad.... Or if its a five speed the clutch switch under your dash behind your clutch pedal could be bad...you can take the connector off an install a paper clip an that will temp. bypass it BUT REMEMBER IT WILL CRANK IN GEAR AN CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOU,CAR, OR SOMEONE ELSE BE SAFE....Sorry I had to throw that in so you dont kill someone...Hope this helps Joshua

get a small wire and touch the bolted wire on the starter to the ignition wire clip on the starter to see if it turns over at all....make sure its in neutral...if it turns over than its your ignition...
