some kind of ticking noise on a 2003 raptor 660 maybe valve adjustment but idk, it runs fine
that would be valves. But what would cause this could be running to low of octane fuel.on top of that u might be ready for a new rebuildOriginally Posted by sina518

I no my 400ex bored 40 over started ticking when i was running anything under 105 octane but it kept doing it with higher octane when it was ready for a new build![]()
I check sluts off my list like a maintnence man
I drive a low is3 just so it gives me a reason to drive super slow on these rough ga roads.
i think its the valves too, but i dont think its time for rebuild, the bike never gets ran, and the guy who owned it before me him and his wife rode she had a warrior and when i saw it the warrior was brand new wasnt even dirty and he wasnt the type who would have a lot of time on his hands to ride. idk ill check the valves tomorrow, if thats not it im taking it to motor world and trading it in on a 07 R6
I'd ditch it for the R6 either way.
