Did you create an account just to ask that question?

the only way you can find the answer to the question you just asked is to buy a wideband o2 and hop on the dyno...

oem fuel pressure is what you should be running....dont undo what honda perfected. there is a reason why they have the oem fuel pressure set at ~40-45psi dont change it untill you are getting tuned and need more pressure. next time you buy a mod do some research first

j/k...at least he asked with halfway decent grammar, though.
I agree with what everyone else said, though. Unless you've done some serious mods to your engine, there really is no need for it.

yes i did create my account to ask that question. i'll admit that i dont know much about anything, i bought it because my stock fuel pressure regulator is bad and i'm running rich. i've already changed my o2 sensor. when i found out i could get a performance one for the same price as stock i said why not. i'm putting it in today and i was just hoping to get some guidance by asking here.

yeah that's cool man, that's what the section is here for... I was just messin' around... don't be afraid to ask questions and it'll be kool at 40-45 psi as already stated...

you can get guidance but you are gonna catch a bunch of **** first! the fpr is a good thing to have sometimes but you do not need it. you should try an oem fpr and see if it solves your problems then see if you can return the adjustable one.

if you must have this thing installed set it at oem fuel pressure. im not 100% sure but it around 40-45psi i think
