Can anyone do EGR Port Cleaning For Cheap?

I bought the Egr Port Plugs already from honda. Read few forum and seems like you will be having to drill a hole through the manifold. I dont want to mess anything up so i called Mahdavi Motorsports and they said it will cost me around 300$. Seems little expensive for me so here i am. . I have cash in hand btw. just seeing if 300 is a decent price or if anyone can do it for cheaper.
