Car Wont Start

ok my car was running good, granted its been running a little rich. Well its been parked for about 3 days. Took the valve cover over because i was going to paint it, but decided not to then put the valve cover back on. Its been sitting for those 3 days. Went to start it today and it wont crank. It turns over and there is spark at the coil and it has gas in it but its just not firing up. Any ideas on what i should check?

BTW its a B18B has msd distributor and blaster 2 coil

i hope its not your dizzy and coil because thats the same one i plan on getting. lol

have you checked the spark plugs themselves?
