    Default SS line fitting help

So iv been trying to put the AN fittings on my oil drain.and i cant seem to make it stay.

-I put the middle red fitting over the SS line as much as i can, as soon as i slide the other one to screw down the nipple pushes out the SS line from the bottom of the middle AN fitting again..

I know this is probably the easiest thing to do.but i cant seem to figure it out.

For starters, that is not a quality fitting. I only use Earls, that looks like Russel, or Aeroquip. The collar goes on the braided hose until the hose bottoms out inside of it. Then take some penetrating oil and lubricate the threads and inside of the hose, then put your remaining piece on. Start it by hand, holding the hose, not the collar.
    :Edit: Happy finger pricking.

it's hard to tell by the picture but that looks like -6, i hope it's -10 for a turbo oil drain line..

it does look like a 6, and the lubricant really helps lol, just installed some today. I also usually tape the end up so i dont stab underneath my damn finger nails w/ that ****tt.
