    Default 2000 Si throwing 41 & 65 codes

I looked them up, and they both are dealing with the Oxygen sensor heater wires? What do I have to do to fix it?

Most likely you might need to replace the O2 sensors, they not cheap to let you know...Try checking for any loose wires or messed up wires leading to the O2 sensors and re wire or solder them back.
