    Default Speedo Cable Problem On B16 Cable Tranny

    Hey im not sure what i'am missing but whenever i plug my speedo cable in the tranny, and drive off, my speedo doesnt climb up or nothing. could someone help me out on this thanks....what am i missiing.

    i remember taking out the d15 and there was a metal plate, do i need to have that plate back on, and i dont seem to recall having a paper clip looka like piece on the cable also...anything would be appreciated thanks.

    did you put the retaining clip on?

    see i dont even remember taking that clip off, i just pulled the cable out

    Is the rubber boot thing still on the cable?

    Maybe the clip is inside it.

    well imma go double check cause, the rubber piece is still on, hopefully its still on...!
