so i finally got my accord running again...now im stuck with the old tranny and ive been told that i can recycle it and get 70 or 80 bucks out of it...anyone know where i can take it? Reps for any help at all....

Call around to various transmission shops in your area. You might find someone that wants it, but I don't know if they'll give you $70 for it.
Tranny shops wont buy them, due that no telling what junk there getting, if they did they want give any money, you can call drive power, they will give you like 50 for it,
usually any scrap yard would give you some money just for the metal...but its not alot...a friend of mine got 10 dollars for an old engine...lol
