    Can someone name some of the georgia counties that don't require emission testing..

    Polk, Floyd, Haralson, and I think Carroll don't.

    Clarke county/Athens, Chatham County/Savannah, Jackson County... There's a lot of them.. pretty much every county between Athens and Augusta along 78/20 doesn't.

    Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.

    Mostly its just metro ATL that has the testing. Almost all of west Ga doesnt have it.

    It would be easier if I just named the 13 counties that do require emissions testing.

    Cherokee
    Clayton
    Cobb
    Coweta
    Dekalb
    Douglas
    Fayette
    Forsyth
    Fulton
    Gwinnett
    Henry
    Paulding
    Rockdale
