    Default HONDA TECHS HELP PLEASE

    Just purchased a set of foglights for my girlfriends 2007 Civic SI coupe. I didnt like the price Honda had for them so i turned to ebay motors and found that they had sets of OEM fogs for a fraction of Honda's Price. Anyway the set came with a switch for the foglights that is different from what the instructions from honda says.

    The kit came with a plate that replaces one in the car with a spot for the foglight switch and 2 other switches, but i dont believe the mirror controls will work. Basicly I just need someone to let me know what i need to make this installation easier, and if possible ill take pics of all the parts and email to you and make sure i have all that i need. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

    Also i talked with someone at a honda dealership over the phone and he said as long as i dont splice into any wires that this install will not void the warranty...is this true?

    yes it's true, aftermarket modifications cannot void the warranty unless they are proven to cause the problem.
