Question B&M Shiftplus...Good or No Good??

I've got a GM auto-trans car, and i'd like it to be just a fraction quicker than what it is. Now, the B&M Shiftplus, makes the car have much crisper shifts. Does this make the car a tad quicker overall, or what??

I guess you can't go wrong with B&M. They have really good products.
