    Cool are all slipstreams polished underneath

    i got some 15 inch bronze slips i was just wondering if i strip the paint off are they polishable i dont want to strip the paint with out being sure

    dont think they are. Only black. But i could be wrong.

    Painted rims are still metal right??? Remove the paint and buff them until the shine the way you want them to.

    the only issue you may run into is the primer and coat may not fully come off w/ stripper. at least that's what happened to me.

    i had 5 circuit 8's that i stripped and on 2 the primer and original color wouldn't come off of a part of the lip or spoke. it foiled my attempts at pained spokes and polished lip.

    I GOT 15 INCH BRONZE SLIPS THEY ARE BASICALLY NEW NO CURBS AND NO SCRATCHES AT ALL AND THEY ALL GOT I'M NOT GOING TO SAY NEW THREAD BUT CLOSE I'MA SAY LIKE 95% ALL AROUND IF ANY ONES GOT SOME 16' SLIPS POLISHES I;LL TRADE AND SOME CASH ON MY PART OR ANY OTHER KIND OF 16 IN ROTAS LET ME KNOW

    they are all polished under the paint. i have stripped two set of slips and they were both polished under the paint. just use some aircraft remover and it will take the paint right off. i didnt even have to polish the wheels once the paint was off. it only took me like 8 hours to do all four.
