About 80% of the time busting a t-belt in a honda is going to bend valves however I have seen integra non-vtec's survive, the best course of action would be to put a new belt on it and see how it runs. If you have any expierence with valve adjustments it is also possible to see if they are bent that way

Well, in theory, when your belt pops, you cams will move at a slower speed than it is supposed to. If your engine is running at high rpm, it means your pistons will hit the valves at a higher rate. It is kind of like your timing is just off all of a sudden.

99% of all honda ive worked on with broke timing belts had bent valves. doesnt matter what rpm or speed once the belt breaks everything off time with each other so anything can happen. so my @ cent would be to not waste your time get u a new head your your head rebuild ( used head would be cheapest fastest bet) and ride out.

i have done timing belts on a lot of old da's that snapped timing belts and they never bend valves lol, they all survived quite well... others not so much though.
