Default Clutch Job Of The Week

2003 Lancer OZ Rally. Car died on him and he brought it to work (fellow employee). What a wonderful smell and dust cloud. I was picking clutch out of the tranny for quite a while trying to get it clean. Pics are with camera phone, and i couldnt get a good enough picture of the flywheel. It was greatly hot-spotted and had some heat cracks it.

It reminds me of the early 90's Taurus SHO...a 220hp 3.0 liter V6 Yamaha engine in a 3,400lbs car yet had a 8.5" clutch disc. lolol! i've seen half a dozen discs that looked just like that from them.
